ZG PARIS / SERVICE PROTOCOLS [TOS]

01. THE AGREEMENT

By accessing the ZG Paris digital terminal (the "Site"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following protocols. This is a legal agreement between the user and ZG Paris. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately.

02. ACQUISITION & PROCUREMENT

• Validation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ZG Paris reserves the right to refuse any procurement request without explanation.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in [Currency] and are subject to adjustment based on global logistics and material costs.

• Accuracy: We strive for clinical precision in our product imagery; however, slight variations in texture and color may occur due to the technical nature of our manufacturing processes.

03. DEPLOYMENT & LOGISTICS

• Transmission: Risk of loss and title for items pass to the user upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Timeline: Deployment dates are estimates. ZG Paris is not liable for delays caused by customs, global logistics interruptions, or force majeure events.

• Customs: For international deployment, the user is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and secondary fees.

04. PRODUCT INTEGRITY [RETURNS]

• Protocol: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in "Archival Condition"—unworn, unwashed, with all technical tags, security seals, and original packaging intact.

• Discretion: ZG Paris reserves the sole right to determine if a returned item meets the required integrity standards. Rejected returns will be sent back to the user at their expense.

05. INTELLECTUAL ARCHITECTURE

All content included in this terminal—including but not limited to silhouettes, typography, imagery, code, and brand manifestos—is the exclusive property of ZG Paris. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or subversion of these assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal intervention.

06. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ZG Paris provides this platform "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or the digital terminal. Your use of ZG Paris equipment is at your own risk.

07. DATA ENCRYPTION & PRIVACY

Your data is handled according to our internal Privacy Protocol. We do not sell user data. Information is only utilized to facilitate deployment and improve the user experience within the ZG ecosystem.

08. GOVERNING LAW

These protocols are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
