ZG PARIS / ACQUISITION PROTOCOLS

01. NON-REVERSIBLE ACQUISITION (NO RETURNS)

To maintain the archival integrity of our pieces, all sales are final. ZG Paris does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once a garment has been dispatched from our atelier, its journey is permanent. We encourage users to consult the technical measurements provided on each product page before finalizing an acquisition.

02. ARCHIVAL FABRICATION (MADE-TO-ORDER)

Select pieces within the ZG collection are categorized as Made-to-Order or Custom-Engineered. These items do not exist in a pre-manufactured state; they are constructed specifically for the individual user upon validation of the order.

• Individualization: Because these pieces are fabricated to your specific requirements, they are exempt from any standard consumer return rights.

• Craftsmanship: This process ensures that each garment meets our rigorous standards of architectural precision and material quality.

03. PRODUCTION TIMELINE [15–20 DAYS]

The fabrication of Made-to-Order pieces requires a dedicated window of technical labor.

• Standard Fabrication Window: 15–20 business days.

• Deployment: Shipping and logistics will commence immediately following the completion of the fabrication phase.

• Status Updates: You will receive a digital notification once your piece has transitioned from the "Fabrication" stage to the "Deployment" stage.

04. DEFECTIVE PROTOCOL

In the rare event of a documented structural defect or a logistical error on our part, the item must be reported to SUPPORT@ZG.PARIS within 48 hours of delivery. Each claim is subject to internal review by our quality control department.
