ZG PARIS / INFORMATION PROTOCOL (FAQ)
01. ACQUISITION & INVENTORY
HOW DO I ACQUIRE PIECES FROM THE ARCHIVE? Items are released in limited drops. Once a silhouette is archived, it may not be redeployed. Access is granted on a first-come, first-served basis through the digital portal.
WILL OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS BE REPLENISHED? ZG Paris does not follow traditional restock cycles. We prioritize the evolution of the uniform. Specific items may be re-engineered in future drops, but the original iterations remain exclusive to their release window.
02. DIMENSIONS & SILHOUETTE
HOW DO I DETERMINE MY SIZE? Our garments are engineered with intentional proportions—often featuring exaggerated volumes and architectural silhouettes. We recommend selecting your standard size to achieve the intended ZG fit. Technical measurements for each garment are available on the specific product page.
THE GARMENT APPEARS OVERSIZED. IS THIS A DEFECT? No. Volume is a core component of the ZG DNA. The silhouette is designed to subvert traditional fitment codes.
03. LOGISTICS & DEPLOYMENT
WHERE DOES ZG PARIS SHIP? We facilitate global deployment. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at the point of checkout based on your geographic coordinates.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT? Upon dispatch, a tracking manifest will be transmitted to your registered email address. Please allow 24–48 hours for the logistics system to update your status.
04. INTEGRITY & RETURNS
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? To maintain the integrity of our archive, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The garment must be in its original, unworn state with all technical tags and vacuum-sealed packaging intact.
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN? Contact SUPPORT@ZG.PARIS with your order identification number to receive a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected by our receiving department.
05. TECHNICAL CARE
HOW SHOULD I MAINTAIN MY ZG PIECES? Each garment contains a specific care label. Due to the technical nature of our fabrics and treatments, we generally recommend professional dry cleaning or cold-wash cycles to preserve the architectural integrity of the piece.
